The way it works:
It is a 60 day consignment with a 50/50 split of the selling price.
Threads sets the price of each item
All items go to 25% off after 30 days and will go to 50% off closer to expiring.
You must call the store to request any unsold items returned to you before expiration. Threads will hold these items for 5 days and will be donated if not picked up. On the 61st day all inventory becomes the property of Threads and can be donated or sold with no commission to you.
There is an exception for Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Valentino, Prada please call the store for more info.
When we take it:
We take spring and summer year round (light cardigans are ok) Light fabrics light colors.
September - February we accept dark colors and heavy fabrics, winter coats, winter hats, winter boots, winter scarves, heavy sweaters.
What we take:
Women's like new clothing, jewelry, shoes, purses, luggage, hats, athletic clothing, children's Lilly Pulitzer.
They must be:
- On Hangers with exception to shorts and jeans
- On trend and no more than 2-4 years old (with some exceptions for vintage designer items)
- In excellent/ready-to-sell condition
- Items MUST be on hangers. Please do not bring items in garbage bags and boxes. If they are too heavy for you to lift they are too heavy for us also.
- Freshly laundered with no pilling, snags, loose buttons or stains, working zippers.
- We take most mall brands
We do NOT accept brands from Macy's, Penny's, Ross, Bells, Anthony's, Sears, Old Navy, Target, Walmart these brands typically don't have a high enough resale value.
We DO NOT accept bras, lingerie, used bathing suits, men's clothing
The better it looks, the faster it will sell. Please inspect your items for stains and odors before bringing or mailing them in.

- Our take in days are Monday-Wednesday-Friday 10-2 only.
- Saturdays are by appointment only
